Attach Cover Conduit

ATTACH COVER CONDUIT
Cover conduit is used to roll cover to peak of tunnel frame.
Gather parts:
• CC6212 fabric clips
• FA4474B Tek screws
Complete these steps:
1. With cover edge weighted down and stretched evenly along side of frame, place assembled cover conduit on edge of cover.
2. Measure and remove excess cover
material. Cover should wrap around
conduit two (2) or three (3) turns the
full length of frame
after
removing
excess material. Check cover length.
NOTE:
Once cover is wrapped
around conduit, conduit should rest
on ground next to frame when length
is correct. See photo (inset) right.
3. Unroll cover from conduit. Realign
conduit with cover edge. Conduit
should extend 1"- 2" beyond end of
cover material at the end
where spin
handle
will be located.
4. Secure cover to conduit using
CC6212 clips and Tek screws
spaced
every 48" throughout
length of conduit.
5. Repeat to attach remaining conduit
to other side of cover.
6. Complete next procedure.

Install clip.
Install Tek
screw.
Space every 48".
Tape over screw.
