Rails and Guides Alignment
The tile saw is set before leaving the factory, however, guides may sometimes move during transport.
To check setting, put the bevel along the left guide and along the table to the blade (Fig 1). Move the
blade up and down the rail to check if cutting is at 90° to the guide.
When it is necessary to adjust, do the following steps.
1.
Loosen the bolts on the guide (A) and (B), adjust and tighten the bolts again. Fig 2
2.
Put the bevel across both guides, loosen the bolts on the right guide (C) and (D), adjust to make
it set in a line with the left guide and tighten the bolts again. Fig 3
Bearing Carriage
The bearing carriage is designed with three bearings on each side and the control knob at one end.
When the bearing carriage is outside the machine, it can be seen that the middle wheel on both sides
moves up and down.
If the control knob is tightened properly, the wheel will touch the guide rail and when moving the
blade forwards and backwards, the motor body will remain fi xed and set.
