Guide Blade Alignment
The tile saw is set before leaving the factory, however, guides may sometimes move during transport
and/or during use, and it can result in the necessity to realign them
To ensure proper machine alignment at 90° to the blade, the following steps should be carried out.
1.
Put the bevel on the left side of the guide (Fig 1)
2.
Move the blade forwards and backwards to ensure that the blade has the same stable contact
with the guide.
3.
If it is like that, there is no need to adjust it further.
4.
The complete guide system is mounted on a single metal board which can be adjusted.
5.
To adjust it, loosen all four control bolts and both clamp knobs (Fig 2). It will enable moving
the whole board (Fig 3).
6.
Move the board as needed to make the blade move forwards and backwards pressing con-
stantly the bevel.
7.
When the above steps are carried out properly, put the bevel across both the left and right
guides and adjust the right guide to make both (left and right ones) go directly across (Fig 4)
8.
Tighten all bolts and set the clamp knobs in the required position.
