8. Install long guide block assemblies (see
Figure 7) on both ends of 48" cross V-rails
by sliding rail nuts and lock nuts into track at
bottom of each rail.
9. Align face of each long guide block assembly
with face of 48" rails (see
Figure 7).
10. Ensure long guide block assemblies are
square with cross V-rails at each corner (see
Figure 8), then fully tighten all fasteners.
11. Install (2) safety stops (see Figure 9) on face
of long guide blocks with (4)

12. Attach (4) V-rail mounting end caps (see
Figure 10) to 72" rails with (12)

Tip:
We recommend installing tap screws
with a handheld hex wrench. It is very easy to
strip extrusions using power tools.
