the model t23034 50" slip roll is used to form
radius bends in metals up to 16 gauge thickness.
to create bends, the sheet metal is first placed
between the top and bottom rollers. the workpiece
is then fed through the top and bottom rollers and
into the rear roller. By turning the radius adjust-
ment knobs, the rear roller can be raised, forming
a bend in the workpiece.
small diameter tubing and wire can be shaped
using the wire channels located on one end of the
lower and rear roller.
the top roller is easily removed to allow unloading
of cylindrical-shaped final workpieces.
