1. Emergency stop button depressed/at fault.
2. Incorrect power supply voltage or circuit
size.
3. Power supply circuit breaker tripped or fuse
blown.
4. Motor wires connected incorrectly.
5. Start capacitor at fault.
6. Wiring broken, disconnected or corroded.
7. ON/OFF switch at fault.
8. Motor at fault.
1. Lift switch cover. Press ON button.
2. Ensure correct power supply voltage (

circuit size.
3. Ensure circuit is sized correctly and free of shorts.
Reset breaker or replace fuse.
4. Correct motor wiring connections.
5. Test/replace if at fault.
6. Fix broken, disconnected, or corroded connections.
7. Test/replace ON/OFF switch.

Machine stalls or is
underpowered.
1. Excessive feed pressure applied.
2. Machine undersized for task.
3. Motor overheated.
4. Motor bearings at fault.

2. Replace damaged or missing bolts/nuts or tighten if
loose.
3. Tighten mounting hardware (

machine to ensure no wobbles.
