not move table or is
slipping. 1. Power feed not plugged in.
2. Table locked.
3. Leadscrew selector knob not engaged.
4. Power feed FAULT light illuminated.
5. Direction switch not engaged.
6. Limit switches contact table travel sensor.
7. Gears not meshing or teeth missing.
8. Motor shaft and gear shaft not engaged.

2. Unlock table locks ( Page 26).
3. Engage leadscrew selector knob (

4. Turn speed control dial OFF to clear fault or
obstruction (

5. Select direction to start power feed motor

6. Adjust limit switch positions ( Page 26).
7. Check gears and adjust/replace.
8. Replace clutch.
Operates at high
speed only or is
inconsistent. 1. Wiring harness unplugged from circuit
