The base frame is attached to the bottom
of the box.
(b)
Lift the base frame to expose the clamp
holding it in place.
(c)
Slide off the clamp to free the base frame.

Orient the clamp so that the lip is at the bottom and the lever is
towards the rear. Note that some footplate clamps require an Allen key
to loosen/tighten.
(b)
Slide the clamp onto the frame so that the lever is toward the rear,
over the slot.
