will hear a metronome sound in a cycle set in advance on
your computer. Press again to stop.If in Parameter setting
"Continuous operation" is set to OFF, it will ring for about 20
seconds, stop for one minute and repeat.

Pausing and resuming measurement
To pause measurement when you are waiting at a traffic light,
etc., please press the button. Measurement is paused.
Resume: Press the button to resume measurement.
If you have set the auto pause to ON and your running speed is below 1mi/h for more
than 3 seconds, the measurement will be paused, whether you operate the button or
not. When the speed goes above 1mi/h again, the measurement will be resumed.

Power OFF (finish measurement)
To finish the measurement, please press and hold the main
button. After announcing the message below, measurement
will end and the power will turn off.
