CONTROL PANEL
POWER SWITCH
1. Switch in “STOP”position: The ignition circuit is disconnected. The engine doesn’t work.
2. Switch in “ON”position: The ignition circuit is connected. The engine can run.
OIL WARNING INDICATOR (YELLOW)
When the oil level drops below the minimum level, the oil warning light comes on and the engine stops automatically.
Unless it’s filled with oil, the engine won’t start again.
NOTE:
If the engine stops or does not start, set the engine switch to “ON” and then pull the recoil
starter. If the oil warning light flashes for a few seconds it indicates that the engine oil is insufficient.
Add oil and restart.
OVERLOAD INDICATOR LIGHT (RED)
The overload indicator light illuminates when an overload is detected on a connected electrical device, the inverter
control unit overheats or the AC output voltage increases. Then the AC protector will trip, stopping power generation
to protect the generator and connected electrical devices. The AC pilot light (green) will go out and the overload
indicator light (red) will remain on, but the engine will not stop running.
When the overload indicator light comes on and power generation stops, proceed as follows:
1. Turn off all connected electrical devices and turn off the engine.
2. Reduce the total voltage of the connected device to the nominal output.
3. Check for blockages in the cooling air inlet and around the control unit. If any blockages are found, remove
them.
4. After checking, restart the engine.
NOTE:
The overload indicator light may come on for a few seconds at first when using electrical
devices that require a high starting current, such as a compressor or submersible pump. However,
this is not a breakdown.
OUTPUT INDICATOR (GREEN)
The AC output indicator lights up when the motor starts and produces power.
ECONOMIC CONTROL SWITCH (ECS)
“ON” ( I ): When the ESC switch is set to “ON”, the economy control unit controls the engine speed according to the
load connected. The result is better fuel consumption and less noise.
“OFF” (O): When the ECS switch is set to “OFF”, the motor runs at nominal speed (3200r/min), regardless of whether
a load is connected or not.
NOTE:
The ECS should be set to “OFF” when using electrical devices that require a high starting
current, such as a submersible pump compressor.
EARTH CONNECTION
The ground terminal connects the ground line to prevent electric shock. When the electrical device is grounded, the
generator must always be grounded.
