date are on a label on the rear cross brace.
This can be read from the back of the chair.
Each wheelchair has its own specific
identification code serial number .
The serial number is a unique identification
reference and is important in the provision of
spares, and for advice regarding your specific
wheelchair
Serial number of this chair is as indicated.
Other important information can be found on
labels secured to the wheelchair, or provided
with accessory items, such as a cushion, are
additional guidance..
Labels should not be removed. Users are
responsible for ensuring that this product is
maintained and used safely and correctly.
