2. THE “TIMER” BUTTON
1) Pressing this button allows you to program the air purifier for operation in 2/4/8-hour-long periods, and
stop automatically when the programmed operation time expires.
2) Press this button (Timer) in order to select the operation time. The warning indicator automatically
shows the remaining operation time.
3) In order to select the continuous operation mode, press the button several times until all indicators go
out.
3. THE “SPEED” BUTTON
The speed of the appliance fan can be adjusted when the appliance is in operating mode (I, II, III). After each
depressing of the SPEED button, the fan speed changes in the following way: I (low), II (medium), III (high).
4. THE “UV-C/ION” BUTTON
Press this button in order to turn the UV lamp and the ioniser on/off.
Important note: when the appliance is not in use, switch it off and remove the plug from the wall socket.
INSTALLING AND REMOVING THE FILTER
FILTER-CHANGE INDICATOR
THE FILTER-RESET light continuously blinking indicates that the time has come to replace the filter. Replace the filter
following the instructions, then press the ON/OFF button and hold it in for 5 seconds in order to restart the system. The
indicator lamp will stop blinking.
* The combination filter requires to be replaced approximately every 12 months.
1. Open the front cover from the top.
2. Remove the combination filter by pulling the two straps.
3. Insert the new combination filter into the appliance. Check the proper orientation on the straps.
4. Replace the appliance cover until the clips snap into place.
5. Press and hold in the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds in order to reset the filter-change indicator.
THE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMBINATION FILTER
The air purifier should be cleaned at least once a month with a dry, clean, and soft cloth. Depending on the environmental
conditions, more-frequent cleaning might be required.
