arm plates

on the pivot lock

(front) side of the

. The caster stabilizers

are on the rear side of the pivot arm. Align the pivot
holes.

Part Damage Risks:

insertion, take care to avoid damaging

the spacers

or dislodging the bushings

17. Insert one spacer

between the front holes of the

pivot mount

and pivot arm

. From the front,

insert the threaded end of the pin

into the pivot

mount. Carefully adjust the spacer position until the
pin passes through it.

18. Insert one spacer

between the rear holes of the

pivot mount

and pivot arm

. Carefully adjust

the spacer position until the pin passes through it.

19. Select one each:

Align the pin bolt hole

with the bolt hole in the

front tube of the pivot mount

. From the top,

insert the bolt

. Secure with lock nut

. Use

Grade 2 torque.

20. Select one each:

500-064D WASHER - SAFETY

At the threaded end of the pivot pin
