Check Safety Interlock
System
WARNING: Safety interlock system failure
and improper operation of unit can result in
death or serious injury. Test this system each
time the unit is operated. If this system does
not function as described, do not operate until repairs
are made. See Safety Interlock System on page 11.
Check Parking Brake /
Clutch
Engage parking brake / clutch. Push unit. If unit rolls,
see your Gravely Dealer.
Check Tires
See SPECIFICATIONS on page 19 for correct tire
pressure.
Clean Unit
Clean unit of dirt and debris. Do not use solvents, hard
cleaners, or abrasives.
NOTE: Protect painted surfaces with automotive type
wax.
Follow Engine
Maintenance Schedule
Perform scheduled engine maintenance. Refer to
Engine Manual for detailed instructions.

Lubricate PTO shaft
and PTO socket.
Monthly
Check transmission oil
level.
Check transmission oil level and add SAE 20W/50 oil
as needed. Do not overfill. See Checking Hydraulic Oil
Level on page 17.
250 Hours
Replace hydraulic oil
filter.
Replace hydraulic oil filter. See your Gravely Dealer.
