Operation

21

3.3 Using the Paper Clamp 

Press down the lever on the right of the tray to the 
back.
Lay the paper (or film) on the tray and push to the 
stop limits. 

Pull the lever to the front and the paper (or film) is 
clamped.

3.4 Slicing

Clean the machine completely, following the cleaning procedures, before you start 
slicing.

Preparing the carriage:

Bring the carriage to the initial position. 

x

Take hold of the handle of the last slice clamp 
and swivel it upwards.
