circulate fluid containing a blowing agent
without consulting with your material supplier
regarding fluid temperature limits.

NOTE: Optimum heat transfer is achieved at
lower fluid flow rates with temperature set
points at desired drum temperature.
Circulating fluid through the gun manifold
allows rapid preheating of the hose.
1. Install the gun manifold (E) on an accessory
circulation block (CK).
The Fusion AP gun manifold is shown.

2. Route the circulation lines back to their
respective component A or B supply drum.

3. Follow Startup, page 30 .
4. Set temperature targets for ISO
and RES
on the ADM screen.
5. Tap to turn on the ISO primary
heat zone and to turn on the RES
primary heat zone.
6. Use jog mode to circulate fluid until ISO
and RES temperatures reach their respective
targets. Reactor systems allow the entire
system to be in jog mode, or A and B-side
transfer pumps to be put into jog mode
separately. See
Jog Mode, page 34 .
7. Tap to turn on the hose heat.

9. Select Spray Spray Spray mode from the drop down
menu.
10. Set the pressure relief/spray valves (SA, SB)
to spray .
