Troubleshooting
Problem
Cause
Solution
The pump is not operating. No lubricant
flow.
No air
1.
Adjust air pressure/supply.
2.
Open
bleed-type master air valve

No lubricant in reservoir
Check oil input supply system.
Losing prime
Remove trapped air (see Air Lock,
page 9).
Injectors not cycling or only some of the
injectors are operating
No lubricant flow
See Pump is not operating. No lubricant
flow in Troubleshooting table.
Low pressure or no pressure
1.
Check piping for leaks. If a leak is
detected, repair or replace piping.
2.
Check injectors for leaks. If a leak is
detected, repair or replace injector.
3.
If the total system volume is greater
than the Pump Lubricant Output pro-
vided in Table 1 or Table 2, split the
system into two or more systems.

Pump seals are bad
Replace seals. See Parts, page 29.
