Turn the retaining screw on the brake pad into the
brake calliper. Make sure that they pass through the
"ears" of the brake pad carrier, tighten them (see
torque table).
Reassemble the wheel (see relevant instructions) Pull the brake lever several times until you
feel a steady pressure point. Brake the new brake pads.

Checking the wear on the brake disc
Measure the thickness of the brake discs with a slide
gauge.
The minimum thickness - 1.8 mm (0.07 in) - is printed
on the brake discs. the value must not fall below this
minimum on the entire friction ring. Should it do so,
have the brake disk replaced immediately by a
specialist workshop.

Replacing the bake disks
This description applies for replacing brake disks on the front and rear wheels.
Remove the wheel as shown in the instructions.
Remove the screws on the brake disk with a Torx T25
spanner and remove the brake disk from the wheel
flange.
Insert the new brake disk with the lettering pointing outwards onto the wheel flange. Note
the direction of travel of the brake disk. The arrow on the brake disk must face the direction
of travel.
First of all, insert the new screws loosely using a Torx T25 spanner.
