Configuration

All of the features described above are also available in configuration mode before an Incident is started. 
Here you can preconfigure available maps, load layers and place static markers so they are available 
when an incident is started. You can also limit the functionality that will be available when an incident is 
started. You can specify which base maps Commander can choose from. You can pre-cache areas of the 
map for offline use. You can preconfigure and hide mapping functionality. As an example, you could 
create static markers and then set the Static Markers button to be hidden so that you cannot change 
static markers during an incident.
