11. Troubleshooting

The wrap is not deflating
properly
The air line is twisted or bent, blocking the air from
releasing.
Straighten the air line
Air bladder blocked
Unplug the air line connector and shake the sleeve
to release the air from air bladder
Normal open solenoid malfunctioned Power off the device, contact manufacturer

The wrap is not inflating
properly
The battery power is low
Immediately power off the device and recharge the
battery
Air connector not connected Connect air connector
Air connector O ring damaged Replace the connector
The air line is twisted or bent Straighten the air line
Air bladder leaking Change a new wrap
Normal open or Normal close solenoid
malfunctioned
Power off the device, contact manufacturer
Air pump malfunctioned Power off the device, contact manufacturer

The device is not pumping
water
The suction tube and water return tube have
disconnected Immediately power off the device and reconnect
them
The suction tube blocked by ice
Unplug the suction tube and remove obstacle from
tube
Water filter too full
Unplug the water line and clean out the filter with
running water
The water lines have disconnected
Immediately power off the device and find where
the lines have disconnected and reconnect them
Malfunctioned water pump Contact manufacturer
Check valve malfunction Replace the connector
