Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press.
2. Mix the clove of garlic with sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper and oil.
3. Rub the marinade into the chicken thighs and let them soak up the marinade for at least
20 minutes.
4. Insert the mixing apparatus in the unit.
5. Place the chicken thighs in the bowl.
6. Set the cooking temperature to 200 °C.
7. Set the cooking time to approximately 20–30 minutes.
8. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken thighs. If applicable,
adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time.

minced meat (mixed)

salt, pepper, chili powder to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel the onions and garlic and cut them into small pieces.
2. Blend the minced meat, egg, onions, garlic, breadcrumbs and mustard well and add spices
of your choice to taste.
3. Insert the mixing apparatus in the unit.
4. Shape the minced meat mass into small meat balls and place them in the device with the
oil.
5. Set the cooking temperature to 200 °C.
6. Set the cooking time to approximately 15–20 minutes and start the unit.
7. Adjust the cooking time depending on whether you like your meat balls dark or light
brown.
Tip:
If time is scarce, use frozen store-bought meat balls. Follow the recipe
instructions on the package for the cooking times and the cooking temperature.
