Troubleshooting
If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the prob-
lem yourself. Otherwise contact our customer service. Do not attempt to repair a defective
device yourself!
Problem
Potential cause/solution
The device is not working.
• Did you set the grinding time with the slider?
• Is the mains plug correctly connected with a socket?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
The grinding mechanism
is running, but no coffee
powder is coming out of
the outlet.
• Is the funnel tube empty?
• Is the grinding mechanism plugged? Remove the top
grinding disc (see chapter “Cleaning”). Remove any coffee
beans and try again.
Not enough or too much
coffee powder.
• The quantity setting must be readjusted with the slider.
The wheel for adjusting
the coarseness cannot be
turned.
• Let the empty grinding mechanism run for a short time
while turning the wheel for adjusting the coarseness.
