The serial/parallel interface is within a case suitable four mounting bar installation. The
serial data is tranferred via the RS 232 interface. The serial output of the antenna has
to be set to
CONT
. The baud rate has to be 19200bd with the parity EVEN. The serial
output has to be ASCII coded. According to this the DIP switches have to be set to the
following values:
To control this interface, the LED can be seen through a transparent cover. It flashes
while serial telegrams are being decoded. This telegrams are only created if a tran-
sponder is situated in the field.
