Defrosting (only with control unit 2)

With this operation mode, the air circulates without any heaters
operating. Only the fan is activated. This is used for slow
defrosting of frozen food.

Aqua clean – wet cleaning (only with control unit 2)

Activate the wet cleaning by touching the (O) sensor key. The
temperature is preset to 70°C. Pour 0.5 liters of water into a
baking tray and place it on the lower guide. After 30 minutes, the
food residues on the enamel-coated walls are softened and can
easily be wiped off with a damp cloth. The temperature is preset
to 70°C, and the maximum possible setting is 90°C. If required,
preset temperature and time can be changed.

Keeping the food warm (only with control unit 2)

Keeping the food warm can be used as an independent function
when you wish to reheat the already prepared / cooked dishes. It can
also be activated during baking, as in that case, the oven will retain
the temperature of 70° for three hours after the oven stops operating.

Rapid oven preheating (only with control unit 2)

-  Use this function to preheat the oven to the desired

temperature as soon as possible. This function is not
appropriate for cooking / preparing food.

-  When the oven heats up to the set temperature, the heating

is completed, and intermittent beep will sound which can
be cancelled by pressing any key; if no key is pressed, the
beeping stops after one minute.

-  The oven is now ready for further cooking with the selected

operation mode.

-  Preset temperature 160°C, maximum possible setting is 275°C.

Tableware warming (only with control unit 2)

This function is convenient when you wish to preheat the
tableware (plates), which will keep the food warm longer. Start
the process by touching the L10 key.
Preset temperature 60°C, maximum possible setting is 80°C.
