time is set with the slider, the minute countdown timer will be
automatically switched off after ten seconds.
Switching off the minute minder
(Step 1 and 2 are not applicable if one or more cooking zones
are active).
1. Touch the On/Off button to switch the hob on.
2. To set the time / minute countdown timer, simultaneously touch
the desired slider.
3. To set cooking time / minute countdown timer, slide your
fi nger across the slider until the display reads “00”. Minute
countdown timer is now in standby mode. After ten seconds,
the minute countdown timer will automatically be switched off.
Assigning and switching on the cooking timer
The hob is switched on. The cooking timer can only be linked to
active cooking zones.
1. To set the cooking time for the fi rst active cooking zone, touch
the senor key (in this case, the countdown timer for the rear
left cooking zone is active). Each time the sensor key is
subsequently pressed, the next cooking zone will be selected
for countdown timer setting, as indicated on the display.
2. Use the slider to set the desired cooking time. When the dot
next to the time setting display disappears, the countdown
begins. The red signal light for the active cooking zone’s
countdown timer will be lit continuously. If no cooking time is
set with the slider, the countdown timer will be automatically
switched off after ten seconds.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to set the time for another active
cooking zone.
Attention!
If several cooking timers/minute minders are running,
the cooking timer/minute minder display will always
show the cooking timer/minute minder that has the
least time remaining.
Switching off the cooking timer
1. To switch off the desired cooking time, press the sensor
key. A dot will light up next to the displayed cooking time.
2. To set the cooking time / minute countdown timer, slide your
fi nger across the slider until the display reads “00”.
The cooking timer is now in stand-by mode. The selected
cooking timer automatically switches off after 10 seconds.
