OPERATION
Preparation before enjoy disc

Turn the TV on and select AV mode as the TV input
◆
Switch on the related system’ s power if the player has
been connected to amplifier equipment etc
PLAY
1. Connect the AC power cord to the mains socket.
2. Switch on the power, the displayed LOAD indicates the
normal powe r su pply. (No te: The d isc info rmation
appears after several seconds if there i s a disc dis-
played otherwise “no disc” appears.)
3. Pre ss OPEN/CL OSE button to open d isc tray. Open
will be indicated on the left upper of TV screen
4. Place a disc (8cm or 12cm) o nto the tray. (For o ne
sided disc, position it with printed title side facing up.
For two sided disc, positio n side to be played facing
down)
5. Press OPEN/CLOSE again to close disc tray.
6. Press PLAY to playback disc. You may operate accord-
ing to MENU indication after MENU shows on screen
then press OK button to playback. Some discs play
automatically after loaded.
STOP
Press the “ STOP ” button to stop playing.
When playing is stopped, th e unit memorises the point
where “ STOP ” was pressed ,the screen displays “Stop
(Play to resume)”,(RESUME function). Press “ PLAY ” again
and the unit will start playing from that point. Press “ STOP ”
button twice, RESUME function will be cancelled.
SKIP-/SKIP+
Press the “ SKIP - “ or “ SKIP + ” button on the remote con-
trol or the front panel when playing a disc to Skip forward
or backwards, a chapter (DVD) or a track (CD) .
F. FWD/F. RWD
Press the “ F. FWD ” or “ F. RW D ” button on the remo te
control or the front panel when playing a disc, the disc will
fast forwa rd or reverse, The more times that you press
the buttons, the faster the fast forward or reverse speed
will be. There are 4 levels of speed availab le: x2, x4, x8,
and x20. To return to the n ormal playi ng spe ed, press
PLAY button on the player or the remote control.
Note: Som e discs inclu ding MP3 disc do not have this
function.
SLOW
Press SLOW button on the remote control during playback and
the unit w ill enter slow motion. There are 4 speeds available: 1/
2, 1/4, 1/6 and 1/8. To return to normal play, press PLAY button
on player or remote control again.
Note: Some discs including MP3 disc have no such function
PAUSE/STEP
Pres s PAUSE button dur ing play, the player w ill enter the s till
picture mode.When in pause mode, press PAUSE button to ad-
vance fr ame by fr ame.To return to normal play, press PLAY
button.
Note: Some discs have not such function
Number (0-9 button) 10+
By pressing th e number (0-9) buttons to en ter the track/
chapter numbers and pressing the “ OK ” button to confirm,
you can acce ss the desired tracks or chap ters whi le a
disc is playing.if the number of tracks or chapters exceed
9,press 10+ button to continue entering the track/chapter.
For exa mple to acces s track 22,press 10+ butto n twice
and then 2 button.
MUTE
Press MUTE button during play, the player shows mute and
there is no audio output, press again to cancel MUTE.
