9. Slide one spacer (8) each onto the screw suspensions on the right
and left of the protective grille of the fan, Fig. 12 a),
10. Push the fan with the screw suspensions and spacers into the carrier
Fig. 12 b) and 12c).
11. Secure the basket with the triangular screws, Fig. 12 d.
The triangular hand nuts are counterrotating! One triangular hand nut is
tightened counterclockwise and the other clockwise.

4.3 Installation and allignment
Risk of death and injury due to improper environmental
conditions
• Do not place the product near an open window.
Rain splashing on the fan may cause an electric shock.
• Do not operate the fan in the vicinity of explosive and/or flammable
gases.
• Do not place or operate the product near open flames, cooking or heat-
generating products such as radiators, heating registers and stoves. .
•
Make sure that the fan is not near curtains or objects that can be pulled
into the fan.
1. Hold the fan only by the handle (11, fig. 5) and place it on a dust-free,
stable and horizontal surface.
2. Turn the front of the fan in the direction you want to ventilate.
