If the “Output port number” and “Control character” are omitted, the command is a broadcast command,
indicating that effective audio and video of all output interfaces are controlled simultaneously. Special example:
For an AV matrix whose device ID is “A”, audio and video are controlled simultaneously. To switch signals of
input channel 3 to all output channels, run the command: A03!
