功能：对指定的矩阵进行通道切换。
Function: To perform channel switch for a specified matrix.
命令格式： “ 设备号 ”+“ 输出端口号 ”+“ 控制符 ”+“ 输入端口号 ”+“ ！ ”
Command format: “Device ID” + “Output port number” + “Control character” + “Input port number” + “!”
参数说明： “ 设备号 ” 是一个字符位，指要被控制切换的矩阵设备编号；

输出端口号 ” 由二位数字组成，

Parameter description: “Device ID” occupies one character and it indicates the number of the matrix device
to be controlled. “Output port number” consists of 2 digits (or 3 digits if the port number is larger than 99), and it
indicates the number of the output port to be switched from. “Control character” occupies one character
(synchronous or asynchronous control character). “Input port number” consists of 2 digits (or 3 digits if the port
number is larger than 99), and it indicates the number of the input port to be switched to. “!” indicates the
command end character.
