responsibility in case of loss, damages, injuries or expenses that you, a close or any other user of this product
could have to bear and resulting from the use of this product, for whatever reason, including negligence or
non-compliance with this contract by

, or any of its agents, with respect to the design or
manufacture of this product.
In the event of the death or incapacity of the buyer, this agreement will remain effective and enforceable for his
heirs, relatives, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives.
