CHECK TO HAVE INSURANCE COVERING THE PRACTICE OF FOIL.
The manufacturers and suppliers of this product are not responsible for any material damage or personal injury
due to simple or incorrect use, or excessive, competing or irresponsible use of the product by the user.
RESPECT THE RULES OF PRIORITY AND SECURITY.
The practice of Surfoil and SUPfoil is subject to the same rules as the practice of Surfing. Strictly observe the
rules of priority and observe carefully the water! Do not take the if someone steals the priority, the consequences
could be dramatic!
KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE !
When practicing, remember to keep a safe distance with all obstacles, other practitioners and boats. Stay away
from bathers and other practitioners, including your friends, even when you consider that you have reached a
sufficient level to do so.
CONSIDER THE HEIGHT OF YOUR MAST.
Unlike the practice of Surfing or SUP, it is imperative to start navigating a body of water deep enough so that
the Foil does not hit the bottom or does not hit a rocky area.
STAY INFORMED OF WEATHER FORECASTS.
It is up to you to make the decision to go on the water or to give it up according to the meteorological conditions
observed and announced.
Never practice Surfoil during stormy weather, under threatening or changing conditions.
ALWAYS BE CAREFUL !
Avoid wave conditions that are too strong and too hollow, including algae areas. Flee the shorebreak.
EDUCATE YOURSELF.
Learn about the navigation zones and municipal bylaws governing the practice of Surfing and more specifically
the foil on your spot.
OBSERVE THE CURRENTS.

USE THIS PRODUCT ONLY IF YOU ARE IN GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE AND IF YOU KNOW HOW TO SWIM
WELL.
Do not overestimate your strengths: never go further than what you can do to swim in the present and
announced weather conditions. Swimming at sea in distress is much more difficult than swimming. Minors
must not practice without the agreement and supervision of their legal guardian.
PROTECT YOURSELF !
You must wear a helmet, and ideally thick booties and a wetsuit to practice this sport.
Never leave your Foil between a wave and you. It could be thrown towards you very violently and knock you out
/ hurt you. Hold your board next to you with your nose facing the waves. Go around to avoid the bar.
Equip your board with a solid leash to keep it from slipping when you fall.
DO NOT PUSH YOUR FEET TOO DEEPLY INTO YOUR STRAPS.
The practice of Surfoil with Footstraps, can, in case of fall, be dangerous for your ankles or your knees. Indeed,
in case of imbalance or fall it is important to be able to get out of Footstraps quickly. The lever effect of the Foil
and its power are reflected directly on your ankles. Do Not open the straps too big.
