5. LIFTING

5.1 BEFORE LIFTING

Whenever you are planning til lift your Goldfish 28 Tender, please make sure of the following before
starting to lift:

»

Make sure your lifting straps (4 pcs) are in working order

»

Remove any loose items in the boat

»

Fasten a suitable rope to either the bow or the stern (or both) to control the boat during lifting

»

Tilt the engine up

5.2 LIFTING

SAFETY PRECAUTION

Never stand under the boat during lifting, and make sure that you at all times are a safe
distance from the boat.

Secure the lifting straps to the four
(4) lifting points.

Secure the lifting straps to the
crane.

Start lifting carefully until the boat is clear of the water / trailer, and make sure it is
properly balanced before continuing lift.

3

Complete the lift as required, and remove the lifting straps when done.
