7. 上刀ME0112-0A的装置
1）把上刀ME0112-0A置於ME0109-0A刀杆槽内，装上ME0111-0A上刀板，将
ZMJ04001螺丝轻微锁住用手转动机器后侧的塑料轮ME0307-0A,使刀杆ME0109-0A
下降至最低点，调整上刀ME0112-0A的上端角与下刀ME0202-0A的距离为
0.5mm-1.0mm，后锁紧ZMJ04001螺丝。
2）移回压脚ME0118-0A，锁紧ZMB04011螺丝。
3）用手转动机器后侧塑料轮ME0307-0A，检查转动是否顺畅，如顺畅，然后才开动马
达。
8. 下刀ME0202-0A弹力的调整
将ZMH06012、ZMH06001螺丝转松，把ME0207-0A铁环向下移，后锁紧
ZMH06012、ZMH06001螺丝，则下刀ME0202-0A弹力强，反之则弱。
9. 传动皮带之替换
如传动皮带断时转一下ME0307-0A塑料轮，卸下皮带护盖和ME0308-0A砂轮护盖
，换上皮带即可。断裂的皮带，可再接合，即皮带二端用火均匀燃烧，使其融化，
后二端接合，将毛边剪掉，即可再使用。
7. INSTALLATION OF UPPER CUTTER ME0112-0A
1）
Put upper cutter ME0112-0A into ME0109-0A cutter bar groove, to fix
ME0111-0A upper cutter plate, slightly turning screw ZMJ04001, ten turn
the plastic wheel ME0307-0A at the rear of the machine to allow cutter
bar ME0109-0A to drop to its lowest point. Adjusting the distance from
the upper end angle of upper cutter ME0112-0A to the under cutter
ME0202-0A is 0.5mm-1.0mm, then tighten screw ZMJ04001.
2）Return pressing leg
ME0118-0A to its position, and tighten screw
ZMB04011.
3）Turning the plastic wheel
ME0307-0A at the rear of the machine by hand
to check if it turns smoothly then switch on the motor.
8. ADJUSTING SPRING POWER OF UNDER CUTTER ME0202-0A
Loosen screws ZMH06012
、
ZMH06001, lower iron ring ME0207-0A, then
retighten screws ZMH06012
、
ZMH06001, thus a strong spring power for
under cutter ME0202-0A, otherwise weak.
9. CHANGING THE TRANSMISSION BELT
In the case the transmission belt was broken. Loosen the plastic
ME0307-0A, take off the belt covers and grinding wheel covers, thus
change the transmission belt.The broken belt can be use and can be
connected again by burning the two edges of the broken belt, then
connect together, after it cool off and trimming spew.
