Support rail option
Support rail, e.g. Part no. 02 510 00, for fixing to a wall or another stable base with the
enclosed mounting material.
Remote display option
Only in combination with automatic changeover valve, Type AUV.
The remote display shows the status of the gas cylinder(s) on the operating side.
Installing the remote display sensor
•
Unscrew and remove the hexagon of
the visual indicator with the hexagon
socket of the sensor .
•
Place the connection of the sensor
evenly on the Visual indicator.
LEAK TESTING
Risk of burning or fire.
Serious burns to the skin or damage to property.
Do not use an open flame to check for leaks.
Leak testing before start-up, check the product connections for leaks.
1. Close all shut-off fittings on the gas appliance.
2. Slowly open the gas vapour or the gas cylinder valve(s).
3. Spray all connections with a foam producing substance according to EN 14291
(e.g. leak spray, item no. 02 601 00).
4. Bubbles will form in the foam producing substance if there are any leaks.
If more bubbles form, re-tighten the connections (see ASSEMBLY). If you cannot stop the
leaks, you must not use the product.
Extended leak check
Check for leaks every time you replace a cylinder or if the system has not been used for some
time.
1. Close the cylinder valve on the operating side.
2. Open the cylinder valve on the spare side.
3. The pointer position of the pressure gauge (Type 0225AUV) or the visual indicator
(Type AUV) changes from
GREEN
to
RED
= spare.
4. Close the open cylinder valve on the spare side.
The pointer position of the pressure gauge (Type 0225AUV) or the indicator (Type AUV)
should not change within 15 minutes, otherwise the system has a leak.
