POSITIONING THE DEFLECTOR PLATE
The deflector plate must be inserted into the volume of the firebox as shown below. The base of the
deflector plate rests on the ledge at the back of the firebox, between the two support tags and the
top is aligned with the support tag on the upper left inside of the door. While holding the plate back
in this position, slide it to the right, as shown. The support tag to the bottom right will slot in to the
corresponding indentation on the deflector plate. Ensure that the deflector plate is firmly in position
by pulling on it slightly.
In order to remove the deflector plate this process must be followed in reverse.
