The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the item should be disposed of separately from
household waste. The item should be handed in for recycling in accordance with local environmental
regulations for waste disposal. By separating a marked item from household waste, you will help
reduce the volume of waste sent to incinerators or land-fill and minimize any potential negative
impact on human health and the environment.
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Please read the whole instruction manual carefully before using your product the first time. Keep
this instruction manual all the time in your possession and store it at a safe place.
2. Always disconnect the appliance from the main power supply when not in use and before
cleaning.
3. Do not leave the heater unattended once it’s turned on.
4. Never cover the heater as this may lead to overheating and risk of fire.
5. Keep a safety distance of at least 90 cm to objects (walls, furniture, curtains, plants and any
other combustible materials).
6. Keep the heater clean. Do not pierce or insert objects into the unit, as this may cause electric
shock, fire or other damages.
7. Close supervision is required when the appliance is used nearby children.
8. Never allow the power cord to come in contact with wet or hot surfaces. Furthermore it never
should be twisted or within the reach of children.
9. Never use this appliance outdoors.
10. Do not place the unit on or near a gas or electric oven or stove.
11. Never use the appliance if the power cord or power plug is damaged or other malfunctions or
damages occurred. It must be always inspected or repaired by the manufacturer or an
authorized service agent.
12. Never attempt to open any parts or dismantle the control panel as eventual warranty claims will
expire if disregarded.
13. Only use this appliance for the purpose it’s intended for.
14. This appliance is intended for household use only.
15. When scrapping the appliance then the regulations concerning the disposal of the oil must been
followed.
16. Any repairs or inspections must be referred to the manufacturer or an authorized service agent.
17. The appliance is not intended to be used by children.
18. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
19. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent.
20. The heater never should be placed near a power socket.
