PARAMETERS
3.5.2.1
STORAGE
On the µSD can be stored multiple files with different names.
The parameters are stored in a file with a name corresponding to the identification code of the valve
(I
DENTIF
= nnnnnnnnnnnnn, max 13 alphanumeric characters), not subject to format controls
(eg Uppercase / Lowercase)
The I
DENTIF
is stored in the flash memory card
and can be entered or changed if you need to use a new card, not yet assigned to a valve, or if you want to
assign the card to a different valve and then restore the parameters.
The storage of operating parameters on
µ
SD uses two different ways:
•
factory, can be performed only by PC (only by GMV) and allows you to store in the directory ... \ fact, the
parameters saved during the test of the valve, available for a recovery by the user.
•
user, can be performed with PT01 (menu 11.1): allows you to store in the ... \ usr a backup copy of all
parameters, including the possible changes made during the installation.
Using the programmer PT01 the file name stored is equal to the I
DENTIF
of the card, and could
not be changed and every time you save, you have to delete and replace the old file.
3.5.2.2
LOADING
From the µSD the user can load a file with the valve parameters.
•
Using the programmer PT01
by menu 11.3 Load Fact, by selecting from the list of "factory" orders , you can load from the
directory ... \ fact, the original configuration created during the factory configuration phase.
by menu 11.2 Load User, by selecting from the list of "user" orders, you can load from the
directory …\usr, if available, a custom configuration.
NB: the parameters loading sets the valve I
DENTIF
equal to the name of the selected file.
Next save as user will use this name replacing the file on the
µ
SD.
•
Using PC, you can operate using the following commands :
set id='nnnnnnnnnnnnn assigns a I
DENTIF
/ file name to the card, the code must be preceded by a
single quote (')
dir usr
dir fact
displays the list of custom configurations (file in... \ usr)
or the list of the original factory configurations (file in ... \ fact)
load usr [,filename]
load fact [,filename]
loads the file with custom parameters from the directory \usr
or the original factory parameters from the directory \fact
if you do not specify the parameter
[,filename] ,it will be used the file named
“I
DENTIF
”
if you specify
[, filename] you will load a file with the name as specified and
the I
DENTIF
of the valve turns into the specified file name
3.5.3
SOFTWARE UPDATE
Using the menu 12 Sw Update (from PT01), you can update the main software of the NGV-EK01 card.
It is possible to select a version of software (menu 12.1) and then start the update (menu 12.2).
During the update operation Green and Red LEDs indicate the status of the update:
Red led on
Memory clear, necessary time about 1 to 4s
Green led on
Memory programming, necessary time about 20s
Red led blinking
(2 fast + pause 1s)
Error detected in
µ
SD, file corrupted, cancellation / programming error.
In the directory ... \ log the file UPGRADE.TXT is updated with the details of the software update operations.
