2.5 How to pressurize tank
Unlatch pump rods (fig. 9). Grasp handle with both hands and pump up to
maximum (5.5 bar).

Note : Always release pressure when sprayer is being transported and not in
use.
2.6.
Pressure gauge
Before starting to spray, pressurize the tank to a pressure of 4
– 5 bar.
2.7 Pressure control valve
A control valve is fitted between the trigger and the spray lance (fig. 10). The
pressure control valve regulates the pressure of the spray at 2 bar but stops
the spray when the tank pressure has fallen below 2 bar when the operator
should re-pressurize the tank.

2.8 How to carry the sprayer
Sprayer is kept most easily and comfortably in place with strap over
shoulder. Adjust strap length for greatest comfort. Do not carry by cover
handle.
Straps and paddings are of non-absorbent material and resist undue
deterioration from contact with approved pesticide formulations.
2.9 How to start spraying operation
Push handle on the trigger control or cut off valve downward (fig. 11).
