3. Proper return address for shipping instrument(s) back.
Include preferred shipping method (UPS, Federal Ex-
press, etc.) if applicable.
4. A purchase order if the instrument is out of warranty to
cover costs of repair.
NOTE:
If the instrument is damaged during return shipment
because of inadequate packaging, the customer is
responsible for any resulting repair costs. (
Rec-
ommendation:
Use the original GLI shipping
carton or an equivalent.) Also, GLI will not accept
instruments returned for repair or replacement un-
less they are thoroughly cleaned.
