Starting a new message
Find the address you want, then tap it. The Compose screen automatically opens
with your selected address in place, ready for you to compose your message.
See the handheld computer user guide to add addresses to the address book.
To find an address
• Tap the address book icon to open the list of addresses.
• Tap the Lookup field to place the cursor, then type a name to look up.
• Tap beside Lookup to change to Search, then type a search item.
• Tap @ or P to open a list of e-mail or pager addresses.
Tap @ for a list of e-mail addresses.
Tap P for a list of pager addresses.
Tap @ and P for a list of e-mail and
pager addresses.
Type an item to look up, then tap the
icon.
