Use the Computer

3.7.5. Network with Other Devices

Using the cradle to network with other devices saves you from the perpetual plugging

and unplugging of devices/cables.

To use the desktop cradle to network with other devices:

1. Seat the computer into the desktop cradle as described in

3.7.2. Seat/Dismount the

Computer

on page

Seat the

computer.

2. Connect the serial device, USB device or LAN cable to the cradle’s rear ports.

Depending on the feature of the peripheral device, sometimes it is necessary to

connect the device to external power.

To ensure nonstop computing, connect the cradle (or the computer) to power

supply.
