• The unit can be operated outdoors in dry weather. It must however not become wet
• While operating, the unit must stand on a solid, flat ground and be at a distance of minimum 30 cm
from the nearest wall and inflammable objects.
• Caution! The unit becomes very hot! It must be allowed to cool completely before touching its
surface. Even the removal of the grill, the control unit and the tray, as well as cleaning must be done
only after the unit has cooled completely.
• Do not relocate the unit during the grilling session.
• The control unit is fitted with a safety switch. This prevents the heating element being operated
outside the grill tray.
Class I:
these appliances have their chassis connected to electrical earth by
an earth conductor. Always plug the appliance to grounded electrical outlet.
The triangle with the exclamation point, inside an equilateral triangle, reminds
the user to read the important operation and maintenance instructions in this
owner’s guide.
The dustbin means the product meets the requirements of the legislation that
protects the environment (2002/96/EC, 2003/108/EC, and 2002/95/EC). This
symbol indicates that when the last user wishes to discard this product, it
must be sent to appropriate facilities for recovery and recycling. Dispose of the

find proper disposal zone.

always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. wait for the grid plate
and the heating tube to cool down completely, before starting to clean the appliance.
Housing of the barbecue may be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. Grill rack, grid plate
and tray can be cleaned with warm water and washing-up liquid. Do not use abrasives and
harsh cleaning solutions. Let the appliance and accessories dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Make sure no water or other liquids enter the control unit. In case inner parts of the
appliance comes into contact with water or other liquids, do not switch it on and do
not attempt to open it or to perform repairs yourself. Please refer to your nearest Au-
thorized Assistance Centre.
