You plug in the charger to the e-bike and the outlet, and the green light comes on instead of the
red light.

Check to see if the batteries are fully charged.

Check whether the charger is plugged in properly to both the battery and the outlet.

Check the voltage of the charger and battery – consult your local dealer.
