CLEANING & CARE
1. Turn control dial to “0”, unplug and allow the appliance to cool down.
2. Don’t immerse the appliance in water and make sure no water enters
the appliance.
3. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
4. Don’t use a wire brush, steel wool or strong solvents to clean the
appliance, as they would damage the appearance.
5. Clean all the accessories and removable parts in warm, soapy water or
in the dishwasher.
6. Let all parts dry thoroughly before using again.

WARNING: Blades are very sharp. Handle with care.
6. Line up the cover with the drive shaft (Fig.13) and put the cover on the
bowl, turning clockwise until it locks in place.
7. Turn the control dial to choose the setting.
8. Put food into the food chute and push the food down slowly using the
food pusher (Fig 14). When the food strip is short, push them down
with the measuring cup.

HOW TO OPERATE: JUICE FUNCTION:
1. Remove processor plate from housing.
2. Place the short drive shaft onto the housing.
3. Put the processing bowl over the short drive shaft and onto the
housing and turn the handle in a clockwise direction until it locks.
4. Place the long drive shaft in the center of the processing bowl.
5. Place the juice sieve on top of the processing bowl, lining up the tabs,
and press down. Turn clockwise until it locks.
6. When the sieve is locked, put the juice press over the drive shaft.
7. Press a piece of halved citrus (orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit) over
the juice press, holding firmly in your hand.
8. Turn the control dial to the lowest speed setting and push the fruit on
the press, twisting and squeezing to be sure all juice is extracted.

9. When processing is complete, turn speed selection knob to “0”.
10. Remove bowl from machine.
13. Wipe machine with a damp cloth and wash attachments by hand or in
the dishwasher.
