HOW TO OPERATE: CHOPPING/MIXING FUNCTION
1. The top safety plate, part No. 15 blender plate, MUST also be properly
installed to activate the safety mechanism to power the machine.
(Refer to the Before First Use for more info)
2. Remove processor plate (part No. 18) from machine by turning it
counterclockwise.
3. Place the short drive shaft, part No. 7, into the center of the
housing (Fig.6)
4. With the processing bowl handle facing the center of the machine,
place the processing bowl over the short drive shaft and turn the
handle in a clockwise direction until it locks (Figs. 7 & 8)
5. Insert the long drive shaft (part No.8) in the center of the processing
bowl (Fig.9)
6. Put the chopping S-blade (part No.13) to chop or the mixing S-blade,
part no. 14, on the long drive shaft in the middle of the bowl and press
it to the bottom.
WARNING: The chopping blade is sharp. Handle with care.
7. Put ingredients no larger than 3/4” into the bowl to be chopped or
mixed.
8. Put the bowl cover (part No. 5) on the bowl with food chute facing the
rear of the machine, turn the cover clockwise and align the food chute
with handle. Securely locking into place. (Fig.11)
9. Plug in machine.
10. Turn the speed selection knob to the desired level. Press the pulse
button for short bursts of power when desired.
11. When chopping is complete, turn speed selection knob to “0”.
12. Remove bowl from machine.
13. Wipe machine with a damp cloth and wash attachments by hand or
in the dishwasher.
HOW TO OPERATE: SLICING & SHREDDING FUNCTION:
1. The top safety plate part, No. 15 blender plate, MUST also be properly
installed to activate the safety mechanism to power the machine.

2. Remove processor plate, part No. 18, from machine by turning it
counterclockwise.
3. Place the short drive shaft, part No. 7, into the center of the housing
(Fig.6).
4. With the processing bowl handle facing the center of the machine,
place the processing bowl over the short drive shaft and turn the
handle in a clockwise direction until it locks (Figs. 7 & 8).
5. Insert the long drive shaft, part no. 8, in the center of the processing
bowl (Fig.9).
