Procedure:
¤
Connect the PBX to the mains Connect the computer.
¤
Go through the basic configuration with the Setup assistant, including configuring the net-
work settings and the outside line.
¤
Set up the PBX in its intended place of use or install it in a 19-inch rack.
¤
Establish connections with the local network and, if applicable, with the telephone network
(VoIP, ISDN, FXO).
¤
Connect phones.

Before setting up your device, read the safety precautions and the notes on
installation location in the manufacturers‘ notes.
Only use the supplied power cable.
¤
Connect the device to the mains.
As soon as the device is connected to the
mains, the system starts up and the
POWER
LED on the front lights up.
Cable: straight-through Ethernet cable
(not supplied)
¤
Connect the LAN port directly to the
network interface of the computer.
