User rights

Activating/deactivating the check boxes assigns/revokes rights for the user. The buttons 
for changed areas are displayed in the menu bar of the web operating interface (in the 
case of authorisation) or are no longer displayed (after rights have been withdrawn). In 
the interface for a user who has just logged on, an appropriate message is displayed 
before the whole interface is automatically reloaded after a few seconds.

The withdrawal of rights for individual features in general only affects their availability in 
the user interface and on function keys. For example, access to addressbooks, call lists and 
voicemail boxes or in the phone menu is still provided, even though authorisation is 
missing. Likewise, the withdrawal of the call manager only affects its availability in the 
user interface (e.g., via the call menu button). The ability to make and receive calls is not 
restricted by this. 

Automatic assignment of rights for new user accounts

Please note: 

The authorisations for Instant Messaging and Remote Connect are not 

implemented. All users are able to access the XMPP service.
