Fill in the mortar
Fill the mortar into the hole up to 6cm below the road sur-
face; wet the hole wall up to the top with mortar.
Hint
Mortar sets very quickly, especially at higher tempera-
tures.
Installation box must be positioned immediately.
Installation the box, step 1
Place the installation box, together with the installation
guide, on the mortar in the hole and fully insert the cable
into the groove.
If the cable inlet permits, align the square rods of the in-
stallation guide precisely in the desired direction of light
emission and insert them into the mortar until they rest
flush on the road.
Hint
If necessary, apply weight to the cemented box to ensure
level installation
Check the alignment
After the mortar has dried, unscrew the installation guide
and check whether the installation orientation is correct.
If the alignment is not at a 0° or 90° angle, loosen the
alignment ring on the installation box, turn it to the desired
position and re-tighten it.
The TrafficLED can also be aligned later, but the align-
ment tool must be used then.
