Giant

covered
product

part
or
component
that
is
defec ve
in
materials
or
work-
manship
as
set
forth
in
the
above
table.
Giant
will
pay
reasonable
labor
charges
associated
with
the
repair
or
replacement
of
any
such
part
or
component
during
the
term
of
the
labor
warranty
period.
All
repair
parts
must
be
genuine
Giant
parts.
All
repairs
or
replacements
must
be
performed
by
a
licensed
professional
that
is
properly
trained,
quali
fi
ed
or
licensed
to
do
the
type
of
repair.
Replacement
of
the
product
may
be
authorized
by
Giant
only
at
its
sole
discre on.
Giant
does
not
authorize
any
person
or
company
to
assume
for
it
any
obliga on
or
liability
in
connec on
with
the
replacement
of
the
product.
If
Giant
determines
that
repair
of
a
product
is
not
possible,
Giant
may
replace
the
product
with
a
comparable
product
at
Giant’s
sole
discre on.
If
a
component
or
product
returned
to
Giant
is
found
to
be
free
of
defects
in
material
or
workmanship,
or
damaged
by
improper
installa on
or
damaged
during
return
shipping,
the
warranty
claim
for
product,
parts
and
labor
may
be
denied.

You
must

a
licensed
professional
for
the
repair
of
a
product
under
this
Limited
Warranty.

failures

no
warranty
coverage

installed

closed
loop
applica on,
commonly
associated
with
space
hea ng
only
applica ons.
This
Limited
Warranty
does
not
apply
to
any
product
whose
serial
number
or
manufacture
date
has
been
de-
faced.
This
Limited
Warranty
does
not
cover
any
product
used
in
an
applica on
that
uses
chemically
treated
water
such
as
a
pool
or
spa
heater.

abuse,
or
misuse
altera on

product
or
any

misapplica on

this
product
improper
installa on
product
being
installed
in
a
corrosive
environment
condensate
damage
improper

incorrect
gas
type
incorrect

water
pressure
absence
of

drain
pan
under

appliance

maintenance

not

scale
build-up,
freeze
damage,
or

due
to
defects
