Unable to connect to the Internet
● Check that the wireless Router is turned on
● Make sure that the Wi-Fi is switched on, go to ‘Settings’ on your device.
● If your Wi-Fi is protected by a password make sure that the correct
password has been entered.
● If you can not find a network move closer to your wireless router as you may
be too far away. Sometimes it helps to stand next to your Wi-Fi router until
connected and then you can move away.
● Check all of the above points on connecting to the internet.
● Insert a micro SD Card, there may not be enough memory on the Tablet.
● If you cannot set up your email make sure that you are typing in the correct
email address, remember that email addresses are case sensitive.
● Make sure that you choose the correct server when asked, you may have
to contact your service provider if you are unsure of this.
● If you can not send an email make sure that you are connected to the
internet, that you have a strong signal and that the email address is correct.
Cannot play Videos on the Internet
If you are having problems playing Videos, animated games on the internet:
● Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
● Select ‘Request Desktop Site’
(see page 12 for further information)
Factory Data Reset
This will restore your Tablet to the original factory settings. Go to Settings >
Backup & Reset > Factory Data Reset.

Before performing a Factory Data Reset it is strongly
recommended to back up any data from your tablet’s internal memory,
as all such data will be lost. See page
